McCloskey expands their product range in Switzerland
McCloskey Washing Systems (MWS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Probst Maveg as a new dealer adding the extensive range of MWS washing and classification equipment to their portfolio in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Probst Maveg are an existing dealer for McCloskey International, representing the global brand since 2011.
Since 1945, Probst Maveg has brought industry expertise to the Swiss market and now operates from four locations: Lyss, Crissier, Embrach, and Osogna. One of Europe’s largest equipment dealers, the company also represents Hitachi, Bomag, Bell and Grindex. With the addition of MWS, washing and classifying products join the broad product offerings in their portfolio.
Probst Maveg offer a full range of McCloskey equipment across multiple applications, including aggregates, mining, construction and demolition, waste management & recycling. They will work closely with McCloskey Washing Systems to understand their customers’ needs and incorporate a range of services such as after sales support, spare parts requirements and product warranty.

McCloskey Washing Systems have recently announced some of their exciting new product range for 2017 including The SandStorm™ range, 516, 620 and 824 that can process feeds efficiently up to 550TPH, with up to four grades of aggregate and two grades of classified sand.
The Modular wash plant includes a patented rollaway pump feature mounted to the frame beneath the screen box that gives quick and safe access for maintenance.
The SandStorm™ is designed with the plant operator in mine. Some of the key features includes a main conveyor with a 41”belt width with an 18-degree angle. The isolated spray bars are stationary and independent of the screen. The main tank has large inspection door(s) for easy access and maintenance and a 20x6ft rinser screen box is customized with two or three decks of urethane media suited to the intended application.
The AggStorm™ range operates as a stand-alone unit or it can easily integrate with the SandStorm™ range of wash plants. The AggStorm™ is ideally suited to manage various types of clay-bound material where more aggressive scrubbing and washing is required than simple screening alone.
AggStorm™ is perfectly suited to the C&D recycling market. The impressive wear characteristics and the ability to scrub aggregates aggressively removes, through floatation, all clays and silts, along with any light debris such as wood and plastic.
McCloskey Washing Systems now offers a full range of MWS Modular Water Treatment and Management Plants including high-rate thickeners, deep-cone thickeners, automatic flocculent dosing stations and a complete line of recessed plate filter presses.
